She knows that Cairo needs some caffeine, definitely needed it during her adjustment period of becoming nocturnal. By virtue of knowing who this is, she knows how long he's been here, she knows his changes can't be that long ago.

But, he's been here for awhile today. Who knows what kind of schedule he's on. Especially since he's got the same former job as Giorno... At least, she assumes, with what she knows about what Giorno got up to.

In response to his question, she snorts out an awkward laugh, one that she only lets out because of how tired she is. ]
